New Oil Tanks fitted in Newtownards, Bangor, Holywood, Portaferry, Belfast, Comber, Donaghadee, and surround areas
Smooth and hassle-free oil tank replacement
If you are looking to replace your old oil tank in Northern Ireland, upgrade to a new modern tank, relocate an existing oil tank or put a new base in, we do it all. We are OFTEC Trained Oil Heating Engineers and are qualified to work in all oil settings.
We provide site surveys on existing and new oil tank installations to ensure your oil tank is situated safely as per the OFTEC guidance.
On the day of installation we will arrive with your new oil tank and all the materials to complete the job.
Once on site we will review the current situation and proceed to use a special pump to transfer your oil into a transfer tank.
We will only transfer the clean oil, ensuring any sludge or water is not put into the new tank, contaminating the supply.
We will then de-commission your old tank and dispose of it safely.
We will inspect the site of your old tank and determine if a new concrete base is required.
We will then site the new tank with new fittings and filters, transferring all of the oil from the transfer tank.
We will then ensure your oil boiler is bled off air and your heating system is running smoothly.
We offer temporary oil tanks to offload the pressure from the leaking oil tank. Always take time to check your oil tank or contact an OFTEC Trained Oil Heating Engineer who specialises in oil tanks!
A small oil leak over time can seep into the soil or area around the tank, resulting in catastrophic environmental consequences.
In severe cases excavation of contaminated oil may be required as once oil has seeped into the soil or surrounding areas, it can be very hard to remove.
